Meliza Mokrani

Meliza Mokrani is a wellness entrepreneur, neuroscience-based coach, and trauma survivor who is redefining what it means to care for the nervous system. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College in London. As the founder of WORTHY Wellness Brands, she has created spaces where science-driven self-care, somatic healing, and trauma-informed practices come together to help people rewire stress responses, regulate their nervous systems, build capacity, and reclaim their vitality.
