Vikram Agarwal completed his Ph.D. at MIT, developing ML approaches to study RNA regulation. During his post-doc and subsequent work at Calico Life Sciences, he developed deep learning methods to investigate gene regulation. He is currently a Sr. Distinguished Scientist and Head of mRNA Platform Design Data Science at the mRNA Center of Excellence at Sanofi, where his team is applying AI/ML techniques to design enhanced mRNA therapeutics.
